Jo Condrill has over 25 years experience in
business, government, and nonprofit organizations. She served
in leadership positions in the Pentagon and was awarded the Army's
Decoration for Exceptional Civilian Service, their highest civilian
award. Jo led 3,000 Toastmasters in the Washington, D.C.
area to increase membership 16% and rank #1 in that worldwide
organization. She later served on the Toastmasters Board
of Directors.
Ms. Condrill's experience
in leadership positions at the highest organizational levels enables
her to to share management techniques including how to get people
to do things. Jo's rise from part-time worker to management
in the Pentagon has given her a well-rounded perspective from
which to motivate workers as well as leaders.
Operating from a spirit
of encouragement, Jo gets audiences charged up and leaves them
with a plan of action, motivation with a method. Jo shares the
benefits of her personal journey from vision to victory, from single-again
with a part-time job, to supervisor at Army Headquarters in the
Pentagon, to business owner and corporate executive. Having led
a team of 3,000 volunteers in the Washington, D.C. area to top
ranking in an international association, Jo has a myriad of stories
and examples to share. Jo has a Master of Science degree in Public
Administration and is a civilian graduate of the Army War College,
where the focus is on strategic leadership.
